Refund policy

At Gulfdeals, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period: 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it (unopened, if applicable, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty card & brand seal).
• The returned product should be the same original item received.
• The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling and it is not opened.

If you have received a defective item, this item is eligible for a full refund or exchange after the verification process.

• Online Activation Card
• Activated Devices
• Customized Product (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Cut cables / wires

How to Initiate Return:

Email your order details to sales@gulfdeals.com or call us on +971 55 8004403 between 10:30 am - 7:30 pm to provide you with the necessary details.

Refund Duration:

Upon receipt of your returned item, kindly note that the return process, which includes return from marketplace sellers, may take up to 2 weeks for us to complete. Once the return processing is completed, it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement or bank account.

Refund Process:

• Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after completing the return process.
• Refunds will be issued to original payment method.

If customers are discovered to abuse the return policy, engaging in excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently cancelling or refusing placed orders, Gulfdeals retains the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, suspend, block, and/or terminate the relevant customer accounts as deemed necessary.
