You have 7 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees paid.
Gulfdeals.com undertakes to replace the product with a new product of the same kind if the product is found to be defective within 3 days of the original purchase (product will not be replaced if it has a software problem which can be fixed; all original packaging and accessories must be presented). If their placement is not possible the full purchase price will be refunded
The warranty period is defined as 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Gulfdeals.com undertakes to repair the product if the product is found to be defective with in the warranty period.
The warranty does not extend to the accessories including chargers, cables, batteries, memory cards.
All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
You can cancel your order/item only before it enters the shipping phase. The option to cancel an order/item will cease to appear when the shipment has entered the shipping phase.
